You’ll be working across:

• Breach of contract
• Trade secrets & IP litigation
• Class actions
• Financial services disputes

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Drafting substantive motions & shaping strategy
• Running discovery with real ownership
• Attending (and participating in) depositions, hearings & trials
• Working directly with partners on bet-the-company matters

🎯 What They’re Looking For

� 2–3 years’ commercial litigation experience

� Background from a top national firm and/or federal clerkship

� Strong academics (Top 20 law school preferred)

� Someone who genuinely wants to build a trial career — not just litigate on paper

💰 Package

• Base salary up to $260K (DOE)
