This role supports daily warehouse operations by performing shipping and receiving tasks, stocking and organizing inventory, and accurately scanning and labeling products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using RF scanning equipment and manual pallet jacks to move, track, and prepare materials for shipment or storage.

You will join a growing operation where business is steadily increasing throughout the year, creating ongoing opportunities for stability and advancement. Once you transition to permanent status, you become eligible for a pay increase and additional development opportunities. The company invests in training and leadership development, including providing forklift training and certification on CROWN trucks after permanent hire, supporting your long-term growth and skill development.
Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts move frequently in clearly defined, safety-conscious patterns. The facility enforces a no-cellphone and no-electronics policy on the warehouse floor to maintain focus and safety. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons: the warehouse is heated in the winter to around 60 degrees, and it can become very hot in the summer, with fans and water coolers placed throughout the facility to help with comfort. Team members should dress in light, breathable layers appropriate for changing temperatures. Acceptable footwear includes sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes, while open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are not permitted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
